Gardai have renewed their appeal for information following a shooting incident in Ennis just over a week ago.
A number of shots were discharged outside a house in the Acha Bhile estate on the Lahinch Road shortly after 10pm on Friday, October 11.
Two arrests were subsequently made and a man, aged in his 20s, has since been charged and is currently before the courts. The second man, aged in his 40s, was released without charge and file will be prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
Renewing the appeal for information, a garda spokesperson said they believe other people were involved in the incident.
"They were described as male, wearing dark clothing and face coverings. A number of perpetrators are believed to have left the scene in a wine coloured Volkswagen Passat," she said.
