Christmas Day in Clare will be largely cloudy and dry with a risk of some isolated patches of drizzle in places. It will be a mild day with highest temperatures of 11 to 13 degrees in moderate southwest winds.

Christmas night will stay largely cloudy but dry at first with just a little patchy rain and drizzle. Lowest temperatures of between 8 to 11 degrees can be expected in Clare in a light to moderate southerly breeze.

According to Met Éireann, Thursday (St. Stephen's Day) will be another cloudy day with scattered outbreaks of rain and drizzle, along with some mist patches in places.

It will remain cloudy on St Stephen's night with scattered patches of light rain and drizzle. Lowest temperatures of 8 to 11 degrees in light to moderate southerly winds.

A cloudy day can be expected on Friday with further patchy light rain and drizzle, mainly across the western half of the country. There will be a good deal of dry weather further east. Highest temperatures of 9 to 12 degrees in light to moderate southerly winds.
