Tánaiste and Minister for Finance, Simon Harris TD, is set to light up a Clare village this Friday, officially kicking off the festive season!
The Tánaiste will meet and greet members of the Kilkishen community when he turns on the Christmas lights at Kilkishen Cultural Centre on November 21.

Pupils from Kilkishen National School will provide musical entertainment for the festive event, which takes place from 4:45pm to 5:30pm.
Clare Fine Gael TD Joe Cooney will then accompany Mr Harris to Hamilton Park, which has received support under the Sports Capital and Equipment Programme. O’Callaghan’s Mills GAA Club is currently constructing an all-weather astro turf and ball wall that is now close to completion.
The Tánaiste will then meet members of the O’Callaghan’s Mills U14B County Champions, U14B Academy Champions and the Premier Intermediate County Champions.
