RIP: 'A gentle soul'- Tributes pour in for Clare woman following her passing

A wave of tributes appeared on RIP.ie as family, friends and acquaintances remembered the much loved woman

Tributes have been paid following the passing of Clare woman Ann Ryan.

A native of Ballyvannon, Tuamgraney, she died peacefully in the tender care of the staff at Raheen Community Hospital where she was surrounded by her loving family.

Mrs Ryan will be deeply missed by her beloved husband Jimmy, daughter Fiona, sons John, Seamus and William, brothers Donal and Pakie, sisters Mary, Teresa, Noreen, Breeda and Geraldine, as well as her brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, daughters-in-law, son-in-law, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family and a wide circle of friends.

Messages of sympathy have been shared on RIP.ie, remembering Ann as a “kind and gentle soul who touched the lives of many.”

The beloved woman reposed at her home on Wednesday, September 3 and at St Joseph’s Church, Tuamgraney on Thursday, September 4. 

Her funeral Mass took place today, September 5 also in St Joseph’s Church. Burial followed in St Cronan’s Graveyard. 

Donations, if desired, to Raheen Community Hospital.

May Ann’s gentle soul Rest in Peace.
