Investigations underway following 'significant' damage to two vehicles in Clare

Gardaí are appealing to the public regarding this offence

Milltown Malbay Gardaí are investigating an incident of criminal damage to two vehicles in the Ballard Road estate.

At approximately 3:40am on Friday morning, June 27, "significant damage" was caused to a Toyota Rav 4 and a white Jaguar in the estate, according to gardaí.

A witness has described the offender as wearing a balaclava and was seen leaving the scene in a black Audi saloon with yellow registration plates.

Gardaí are appealing to the public regarding this offence. If you have observed a black Audi saloon on Thursday evening or around the time of the crime on Friday morning or if you have any information regarding the incident, please contact Milltown Malbay Garda Station on 065 7084222.
