The Bodyke Community Together Group are hosting a 'Ceol and Céilií' event in hopes of raising money for much-needed improvements to their community hall.
Taking place on Sunday, March 16 in the community hall at Bodyke GAA, the fundraiser will feature music by The Grogan Brothers along with a string of local singers and dancers taking to the stage also. A tuck shop and raffle will be there on the night too!
The Bodyke Community Together are a newly-formed group who are aiming to promote and foster a culture of togetherness and inclusion within the local community.
They hope to run a wide range of events including, yoga classes, informative talks, walks and more, in the hall, which has been recently renovated and extended with the help of Clare County Council funding.

The group wish to raise some funds for further internal improvements to the property, such as new flooring, kitchen appliances, WiFi and a generator, to be used in the event of power outages.
To help kickstart their fundraising, the 'Ceol and Céilí event will be the first of many.
Doors open at 3:30pm, with dancing set to begin 30 minutes later. The event is cash only and admission is €10.
