A RAINFALL warning has been issued by Met Éireann for several counties, including Clare, for this coming Friday, August 18.
A status yellow warning has been put in place by the national forecaster saying that heavy rain with thundery downpours will take place for 18 counties in Leinster and Munster and County Galway.
The warning is valid from 4pm Friday until midnight on Saturday, August 19.
Potential impacts may include spot flooding and difficult travelling conditions.
