Their range of delicious options, including lasagne, cottage pie, and chicken curry, will be available at select locations in Limerick, with plans for national expansion in the future.

"People with busy lifestyles, busy households need a decent meal - it might be just one or two days a week, when you're stuck, you don't have time for cooking," said Tom Flavin, highlighting the practicality of their ready-made meals. Tom Flavin proudly stated: "We make the curry paste ourselves from fresh herbs and spices, we use a really high-quality packaging for it, the foil is microwave-friendly so if you do need to freeze it you can defrost it in the microwave. It's ideal, it's
perfect.
"The positive experience of working together as childhood friends has been a driving force behind Cook and Cleaver. We've been talking about it on and off for years and we were here one day just talking, and then it just started," added Garrett Landers.
