A former HSE mental health supported accommodation in north Clare, is on the market three years after the facility's closure.
Prague House in Ennistymon was closed in 2021 due to a reduced demand for live-in mental health services and "substanstial works needed" to keep the 100-year-old building in repair, the HSE said at the time.
According to the listing, the "prominently positioned property is situated on an elevated 0.32 acre site right in the heart of Ennistymon".
"With well proportioned, generous accommodation comprising 208 sq.m. this property may be suitable for a number of residential or commercial uses. This property may also qualify for the Vacant Property Refurbishment Grant which is up to €50,000."
"While the property is in need of some remedial attention, rarely does such a well located, detached property become available in this area. Contents are included in the sale".
