Gardaí are investigating an incident involving the killing of a pregnant sheep that occurred on a farm in Clonkeen, Co. Kerry on Sunday last.
Gardai received a report of the incident that occurred on Sunday January 5 at 3:30pm.
The story was circulating social media platforms after a post was made in a local Facebook post, which has since been deleted.
The post is currently circulating on X as a user has shared a post of the man in question, saying "man caught red handed killing pregnant sheep in Co. Kerry!"
Another X user commented, "Why??? Why would he do something so horrific??? I don't get it!!!"
