Meaney's Centra also thanked a man who "saved the day" by meeting their bread man in Charleville in his jeep as the van couldn't make it to Dromcollogher. They said they were "delighted" to receive tis help and that if they hadn't had assistance from the three men they wouldn't have had supplies.
Taking to social media to express their thanks for all the help regarding deliveries today and yesterday, Meaney's Centra said:
"Yesterday and today's deliveries have just made it! Big thanks to the truck drivers, they had a fair challenge getting here. Will be fully stocked shortly. Thanks for your understanding."
