IRISH Rail have suspended all services between Ennis and Limerick until further notice.
The rail service operator announced via Twitter early on Monday afternoon that services between Ennis Station and Limerick Colbert were suspended "until further notice due to an operational issue".
An update was issued Monday evening announcing that services would remain suspended until further notice, and that bus transfers are in operation.
