Gardaí are appealing for information from the public regarding a case of criminal damage to a retailer in Clare.

The damage occurred at a commercial premises on O'Connell Street, Ennis on Wednesday, March 20 at 10.30pm.

A male was disturbed by a passer-by as he was causing the damage to the property.

The suspect is described as being 5’ 8” to 5’ 10”, slim build and wearing a black tracksuit with a hood.

The male ran from the scene when he was disturbed.
