THREE THEFTS in one Clare town have been reported between just days of each other.
The first theft in Scariff happened on Wednesday, August 30 at lunchtime where an electric concrete saw was taken from a parked van at approximately 1pm.
The Makita Consaw with a black grip and blue frame was stolen from Market Square, Scariff, while a red Honda power washer was also stolen from a shed in the Waterpark area.
Separately, a house in the Church Street area of Scariff was broken into between the hours of 3pm and 10:30pm on Friday, September 1.
A rear kitchen window was forced open and a sum of money along with two handbags and designer sunglasses were stolen.
