INVESTIGATIONS are underway following the discovery of a body in water in County Clare.
Gardaí were alerted to the discovery of a body in the water in Meelick at 12:30pm this Wednesday 23 of August.
The body was removed to the mortuary in University Hospital Limerick. The Coroner has been notified.
Gardaí have said that investigations are ongoing.
