AN GARDA Síochána are investigating an incident of criminal damage in a Clare town that saw a homeowner woken by a loud bang in the middle of the night.
Sometime late on Monday night a resident of the Ivy Hill area of Ennis was woken by the sound of a bang.
Upon going downstairs to investigate, they found a fist sized hole to their front window.
Any persons with any information related to this matter are urged to contact Ennis Garda Station on 065-6848100 as soon as possible.
