Resurfacing works on busy Clare road are reportedly 'going well'

ROAD RESURFACING is reportedly ‘progressing well’, on the N18 road between Bunratty at Junction 6 and Junction 4, Limerick.
The program for this week is set out below:
Monday, July 10 from 7pm to 6am: N18 Southbound Closed with Contraflow on Northbound carriageway between cross-overs C3 (south of Bunratty) and C1 (N18 Junction 4) and junction 5 Cratloe SB will be closed
Tuesday, 11 July from 7pm to 6am: N18 Southbound Closed with Contraflow on Northbound carriageway between cross-overs C3 (south of Bunratty) and C1 (N18 Junction 4) - Junction 5 Cratloe SB will be closed
Wednesday, July 12 from 7pm to 6am: N18 Southbound Closed with Contraflow on Northbound carriageway between cross-overs C3 (south of Bunratty) and C1 (N18 Junction 4) - Junction 5 Cratloe SB will be closed
Thursday, July 13 from 7pm to 6am: N18 Southbound Closed with Contraflow on Northbound carriageway between cross-overs C3 (south of Bunratty) and C1 (N18 Junction 4) - Junction 5 Cratloe SB will be closed
Friday, July 14 from 7pm to 6am – N18 Southbound Closed with Contraflow on Northbound carriageway between cross-overs C3 (south of Bunratty) and C1 (N18 Junction 4) - Junction 5 Cratloe SB will be close
There are verge reinstatement works being carried out adjacent to the slip roads associated with the N18 SB Junction 6, Bunratty. The on or off slips will also be closed between 7pm and 6am each night on Monday through to Thursday to accommodate these works.
There will be a reduced mandatory speed limit of 60km/h for the duration of the works.
Colas Joint Venture, on behalf of TII, plans to have the resurfacing complete by the end of August.
