Limerick and Clare do battle once again this Sunday in the Munster Senior Hurling Final just six weeks after the teams clashed in the round robin phase of the championship.

Both teams come into the game with three wins and one defeat on their record from the early phase of the championship. Limerick handed Clare their only defeat of the round while Limerick lost out to Cork.

The round 1 clash of the two teams was an exciting and close affair with the Treaty winning out on a 3-15 to 1-18 scoreline in Ennis. This final is one of the most hotly anticipated of the year so far in either code.

The game throws in at 4pm on Sunday, June 9, in Semple Stadium in Thurles. Fans will be able to watch the match on RTE 2 television with Joanne Cantwell presenting coverage from 3.15pm. It will also be available to stream on the RTE Player.
