Gardaí in Ennis are appealing for witnesses following a criminal damage incident in a local housing estate. 

According to Gardaí, the injured party was woken up at 11pm to the sound of a window breaking and then discovered that their front sitting room window had been smashed.

A witness has stated that they heard a man's voice outside the home at the time of this incident.

The criminal damage took place on Wednesday night, November 19, at 11pm in the Clancy Park estate. 

Gardaí are now appealing to anyone that may have observed a person or persons in the estate at this time to contact them. If you have any information regarding this crime, please report it to Ennis Garda Station on 065 6848100 or the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111.
