The next theft took place on John Street
Gardaí are investigating two incidents of thefts from vehicles parked overnight in Kilrush.
On Tuesday, September 16, the first offence occurred in the Dooneen Estate. According to members of An Garda Síochána, the injured party parked their car, a silver Peugeot 508, outside their home at 7pm in the evening. The next morning, at 7:30am, they discovered that their vehicle had been entered. A sum of money and an AIB debit card were stolen during the course of this incident.
The next theft took place on John Street, where a black Hyundai IX20 was also entered. The owner parked their car at 7:30pm on Tuesday and the following afternoon, at 2:30pm, the injured party noticed that four new Bosch glow plugs had been stolen from the boot.
