National radio station Newstalk has announced one of its most popular programmes will broadcast live from a boat in Killaloe later this week.
As part of the Newstalk Summer Tour Sean Moncrieff will broadcast live from a boat on the River Shannon this Thursday afternoon.
"We are taking the full Newstalk experience to towns all over Ireland. The week will consist of live shows, special guests and of course, conversation that counts. All while our presenters will be taking in some of the best sights, food and culture the country has to offer," said a spokesperson for the radio station.
Commenting ahead of the show, which will feature a live audience, Sean Moncrieff said: "We are absolutely delighted to be taking to the water for what promises to be a very unique Moncrieff Show in Killaloe. It'll be full of fun, music and all the craic as we broadcast live while cruising the River Shannon. All aboard for an afternoon of adventure and entertainment."

The show, which will be broadcast live from Killaloe Cruises on the River Shannon from 2pm on Thursday, can be heard on FM, online and on smart speaker.
