The Irish champions celebrated their homecoming this Thursday, June 13, where crowds gathered to celebrate the sportswomen on their return from Italy, where they won gold and silver medals for Ireland.
Supporters, friends and family cheered on Ms Becker and Ms Mawdsley as they landed back on Irish soil. They were also greeted by Athletics Ireland Deputy CEO Brid Golden and bright bouquets of flowers upon arrival.
