The incident occurred in Killaloe last weekend

Gardaí in Killaloe have renewed their appeal for information and witnesses after a domestic residence in the town was broken into last weekend.

The incident occurred on John Street sometime between 5.30pm last Friday March 21 and 2.30pm on Saturday.

"During this timeframe a number of cable drums and a green and black skill saw were stolen," said crime prevention officer Sergeant Catriona Holohan.

Investigating gardaí are appealing to anyone who may have observed anybody acting suspiciously in the John Street area of Killaloe Friday night or Saturday morning, or who may have observed someone carrying the stolen items around that time to come forward.
