Gardai at Ennis are investigating
Gardaí in Ennis are appealing for information following a spate of thefts from parked vehicles in the town.
One line of inquiry is that the same culprit or culprits were responsible as all of the incidents happened on the same night - April 30.
According to investigating gardai, the first incident occurred in Fergus Manor on the Clon Road sometime between 5.30pm on April 30 and 8.30am the following day. "A Seat Cordoba was broken into and a Dell laptop was taken from the vehicle," said a spokesperson.
In the second incident - at Ivy Hill estate, Gort Road, Ennis - a red Nissan Pulsar was entered sometime between 8pm and 9.30am. A number of items were taken including a grey golf bag, wet gear and a number of Callaway golf clubs including a set of rogue irons, ping driver and a '5 wood'.

The final incident under investigation occurred in Castle Lawn estate at Tulla Road between 10.30pm and 8.30am the following day. "A red Kia Sportage was entered and items were taken including two pairs of designer glasses, Ray-Ban and Dior," said a garda spokesperson.
