Hacienda del Alamo Golf Resort, Murcia Town, Murcia, Spain
With the January blues, and weather, lingering over the country like a dark cloud, the thought of moving to sunny Spain may be tempting to many across Ireland right now.
With that in mind, how about a beautiful apartment in a gated resort on the Spanish Costa Cálida? Irish people willing to pack their bags and make the move can purchase a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment for €72,000 - less than the price of most new BMW, Audi or Mercedes cars.
The brand new El Oasis apartments are located in the Hacienda del Alamo Hotel and Spa Golf Resort complex, each with a spacious living room, kitchen and dining area. According to the auctioneer, these properties are bank repossessions and were never lived in.
Three-bedroom apartments are also available, starting at €105,000, and include the same great facilities: a clubhouse, Sheraton hotel with a bar and restaurant, tennis courts and communal pools. For more information, click here.
