LOCATION: Ardkeeran, Riverstown, Co. Sligo, F52TE81
PRICE: €50,000
SPEC: 2 Bed, 1 Bath, Detached
This cottage is located in the centre of Riverstown village in Sligo and is set on 0.10 of an acre.
The dark secret is the inside certainly doesn't match the bright shiny exterior. It needs a lot of work but could be a bargain for the right buyer willing to invest in a fixer-upper.
The auctioneer says: "This property will be as charming on the inside as outside after some much needed works."
