I will be mostly cloudy this morning with damp and murky conditions in some parts leading to some light drizzle at times, although this will gradually lift through the middle of the day.

Met Éireann has forecast sunny spells and a scattering of sharp showers will develop during the afternoon, the showers will mostly be in Munster and Ulster, while showers will be more isolated elsewhere. Highest temperatures of 14 to 18 degrees in light westerly or variable breezes.

Clear spells tonight will give way to mostly cloudy conditions building from the west, with some isolated patches of rain and drizzle developing at times. Lowest temperatures 7 to 11 degrees with some mist and fog patches returning in light variable breezes.

After another fairly cloudy start tomorrow, better sunny spells will develop through the day, sparking off scattered showers in the afternoon.

A few of the showers will be quite heavy with a chance of isolated thunderstorms and hail locally. Highest temperatures of 15 to 19 degrees in light southeasterly or variable breezes.
