TWO largely identical properties in a popular Clare holiday village have gone up for sale - can you spot the difference why one costs €10k more than the other?
The two semi-detached properties are in Doolin and are listed on Daft.ie, with the left-hand side property costing €10,000 more than the right.
The left is listed as costing €85,000 while the right is up for sale for €75,000.

The left-hand house has an outbuilding (former office) with own door entrance.
Both houses are semi-detached and compromise of an entrance hallway, sitting room, kitchen/dining room, utility room and downstairs bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs there are three bedrooms (one En-suite) and a family bathroom.
There is electric storage heating throughout and a solid fuel fireplace in the sitting room. There is a garden to the rear including a patio area. To the front of the property there is ample off-street parking and mains water connection.
Both are due to go on sale via online auction on February 6.
