TWO largely identical properties in a popular Clare holiday village have gone up for sale - can you spot the difference why one costs €10k more than the other?
The two semi-detached properties are in Doolin and are listed on Daft.ie, with the left-hand side property costing €10,000 more than the right.
The left is listed as costing €85,000 while the right is up for sale for €75,000.
The left-hand house has an outbuilding (former office) with own door entrance.
