New TV show explores nature, food and history of Clare

A NEW SUMMER show that is dedicated to exploring Clare’s history, food and nature is starting soon.
The Summer Show is starting on RTÉ on Sunday, July 30 and will see Chef Paul Flynn in the Burren, to try his hand at becoming a goat farmer for the day.
While Presenters Derek Mooney and Nuala Carey travel elsewhere, Chef Paul meets Siobhán Ni Ghairbhith, behind St Tola’s Goat Cheese Farm in Ennistymon.
Episode one also sees former jockey Nina Carberry re-visit Kinvara, Clare where she holidayed as a child.
“Every summer, my family and I, we’d head to North Clare all the way from County Meath, a long trip, with no motorways - the more walls we’d see, the closer we were getting to Kinvara”.
