In a public notice, the local authority says Uisce Éireann will carry out roadworks at Gort Road, Ennis, from the Junction of Fernhill Housing Estate to the Junction of Hazel lane Housing Estate
Motorists in Ennis are being advised to expect delays, for the next ten days, as restrictions will be in place to facilitate planned works by Uisce Éireann.
In a public notice, the local authority says Uisce Éireann will carry out roadworks at Gort Road, Ennis, from the Junction of Fernhill Housing Estate to the Junction of Hazel lane Housing Estate.
The works will commence this Tuesday morning and will continue until Friday, June 6.
"A full Traffic Management System will be in place with two lanes of traffic maintained under a road narrowing system," read a post on social media.

While the road will remain open, motorists who can avoid the area and use alternative routes are being advised to do so.
Emergency access will be maintained at all times.
