Attending the centre could enable Emma to make remarkable strides
A GoFundMe campaign for a young Clare girl is almost complete with the goal of facilitating life-changing treatment at a specialised rehabilitation centre in the UK.
Three-year-old Emma from Newmarket on Fergus has faced huge challenges throughout her life with cerebral palsy and aortic stenosis - a congenital heart condition.
She encounters obstacles every day that come with cerebral palsy such as difficulty walking, limited speech and a world that sometimes feels a little too big for her to navigate.
The fundraiser for Emma to attend the specialised rehabilitation centre in the United Kingdom offers hope for children like her to receive cutting-edge therapy that could drastically improve quality of life.
Attending the centre could enable Emma to make remarkable strides in both her physical abilities and speech. This treatment has the potential to allow the young girl to walk independently, communicate more clearly and engage with the world in ways she never could before.
Reaching the GoFundMe goal will be a monumental step in Emma's journey as the support and donations can cover the next several years of her rehabilitation.

This will be a vital stage in her progress as it gives her the chance to acquire the necessary tools she needs to grow stronger and reach her full potential as she enters her teen years.
Every euro which is donated will go directly towards making Emma’s dreams a reality, helping her walk, talk, and live with more independence and joy.
The rehabilitation centre offers life-changing therapies tailored to Emma's needs, including intensive physiotherapy, speech therapy, and advanced treatments that will help her gain mobility and improve her communication skills.
Due to the huge support and generosity shown by donors throughout the fundraiser, Emma could take her first steps unassisted, have the ability to speak more clearly, and begin to experience the world in new and exciting ways.
Over €62,000 of the €65,000 target has been reached so far in just three weeks since it was initially published. This has meant that it is now 96% complete across nearly 800 donations which will help Emma take vital steps toward a brighter future.
The fundraiser page concludes by saying: "Your donation, no matter the amount, will change her life forever. Let’s give Emma the opportunity to thrive."
