Met Éireann have issued a Status Yellow weather warning for Clare, Limerick and Kerry.
The Irish Meteorological Service said the counties could face thunderstorms in some parts. The warning will come into effect on Wednesday, August 13 at 3pm and will lift six hours later at 9pm.

The forecaster believe there could be potential impacts of these thunderstorms, such as localised flooding, lightening damage and difficult travelling conditions.
According to Met Éireann, tomorrow (August 13) will be warm and humid with sunny spells. Showers will develop in the afternoon with some thunderstorms possible that will most likely be in the west of the province. Highest temperatures of 20 to 23 degrees with light to moderate southerly breezes.
