This victory marks Ciara’s first outdoor crown since 2019 and her fastest time in over four years
Specsavers Ennis is thrilled to announce and celebrate the outstanding athletic achievements of their clinical support colleague, Ciara Neville.
Ciara recently secured the senior women’s 100m outdoor title at the 123.ie National Senior Track and Field Championships and just two weeks prior, broke a national record as part of the 100m relay race at the London Diamond League.
A valued member of the Specsavers Ennis Hearcare team for the past two years, the team say Ciara demonstrated incredible dedication and talent on Saturday, August 2.
She stormed to victory in the senior women’s 100m outdoor final at Dublin’s Morton Stadium, winning in an impressive 11.44 seconds. This victory marks Ciara’s first outdoor crown since 2019 and her fastest time in over four years, showcasing a powerful return to the top of the national podium.

Ciara Neville, who competes for Emerald AC, has credited Specsavers Ennis for their support in her athletic journey.
