Met Éireann have re-issued a thunderstorm warning for county Clare, with potential localised flooding, for this Wednesday evening.
The national forecaster, which issued the status yellow Thunderstorm for the Banner County, says heavy showers with thunderstorms can be expected from 3pm this Wednesday, May 15.
The warning was issued shortly before 11am this morning and remains valid until 9pm.

Motorists and other road users are being urged to exercise caution if travelling during any thunderstorms or heavy rain.
According to Met Éireann, potential impacts include: Hazardous travelling conditions and localised flooding.
The warning is also in place for counties Kerry, Donegal, Galway, Mayo and Sligo.
Met Éireann had previously issued a thunderstorm warning for Clare on Tuesday, May 14, from 4.30pm until 9pm.
