THE COUNTDOWN is on to Christmas in Ennis for 2023.
There will be plenty to look forward to over this Christmas period, including music, fashion, and the switching on of the lights.
Temporary pedestrianisation measures will also be put in place for the holiday season.
The switching on of the Christmas lights in Ennis will kick off festivities in Clare's main town on November 23, from 5pm until 7.30pm.
This will take place in the Abbey Street car park, MC'd by Clare FM's Colum McGrath, with musical entertainment from Pantaloons and Socks in the Frying Pan.
The Ennis Street Fashion show will take place on Saturday, December 2, with the Holman Lee Agency, in O'Connell Square and Lower O'Connell Street. Fashion retail stores in Ennis are invited to participate.
