A women has been arrested and charged in connection with a number of burglaries that took place in Newmarket on Fergus and Ennis.
The woman appeared in court earlier this week to faces charges relating to the theft of a mobile phone from a public premises on Sunday, March 24.
Other burglaries, which are being investigated by gardai, occurred between Wednesday, March 20 and the early hours of Saturday morning, March 23.
Investigations are ongoing and gardaí are urging members of the public to contact them in relation to any crime which occurred in these areas during the early hours of Saturday morning in particular.
"Did they see any person walking in Ennis town between midnight, Friday night until 6am Saturday morning," said a spokesperson.

It is believed the perpetrator was alone and that they tried to enter a retail premises on Bindon Place, Bank Place, Parnell Street and O'Connell Street.
According to gardai, significant damage was caused to these properties.
Gardaí are appealing to local residents to check their CCTV, check their dash-cam footage and to contact Ennis garda station at 065 6848100 with any information.
