A CLARE accountancy firm has become the second Irish firm to join a leading UK service group.

McKeogh Gallagher Ryan, a provider of audit, tax and advisory services, has joined the Xeinadin Group, a multi-disciplinary business advisory and accountancy group.

McKeogh Gallagher Ryan is the largest firm of independent accountants in the Mid-West, servicing clients in industries including healthcare, renewables, and agriculture, as well as family-owned businesses and credit unions.

McKeogh Gallagher Ryan currently has 52 team members and four partners based in Limerick, Nenagh, and Ennis.

Mary McKeogh, partner of McKeogh Gallagher Ryan, said: “We excited to be joining Xeinadin and being part of a group that focuses on delivering the highest standard of business advisory and accountancy services across the UK and Ireland.

“The move is a natural evolution for a forward-thinking and progressive firm of accountants focussed on growth and we know it will bring new opportunities for both our employees and clients.”

McKeogh Gallagher Ryan was established in 2012 by Mary McKeogh, Eoin Gallagher and Eoin Ryan. The acquisition of the Limerick-based firm follows the recent purchasing of Cork-based accountancy company, Quintas.
