Ennis garda station
A NUMBER of thefts of car accessories in Clare have been reported, and are now being investigated by gardaí.
Gardaí in Ennis are looking into the thefts of a vehicle protection cover that was stolen from a red Toyota Avensis on Tuesday, October 10.
The cover had a Toyota logo on it and was taken from the vehicle which was parked overnight in Dunnes Stores car park in Ennis. The owner discovered it missing the next day.
The second incident happened on Friday, October 13 between 10:30pm and 11pm and saw a spoiler and window breakers stolen from a vehicle in the Dun Na hInse estate, Lahinch Road, Ennis.
Gardaí are appealing for witnesses as they believe three males were involved. They are appealing to any person with information on this theft to make contact with Ennis garda station, or any garda station.
