NIALL (Bressie) Breslin will bring his podcast, Where is My Mind?, where he feels most comfortable - on stage.
With a show laced with creativity and fascinating conversations, Bressie will bring his podcast on a live tour and on Friday, November 3, he will make a stop at the Glór in Ennis.
“A podcast would be quite a lonely experience. You’re kind of essentially in your spare room, generally chatting to people online. Where I’m most comfortable is on stage, I’ve been a musician my whole life, so I wanted to bring in that element into the podcast,” he explained.
After doing his MSc in mindfulness, the musician and mental health advocate felt that what he had been learning might be useful to others.
“I’d gone through my own 15 years journey with my mental health and I wanted to take this information and make it accessible for people and make them understand how they could approach their minds in a slightly different way. Take the academic stuff and turn it into something digestible,” he said.
From spoken word pieces to Bressie playing the piano, a lot can be expected from his tour.
