Hurling supporters attending the Munster SHC clash between Clare and Tipperary are being advised to plan ahead and, if possible, to avail of the free parking which has been put in place by the local authority.
The crunch fixture gets underway at Zimmer Biomet Páirc Chíosóg in Ennis at 6pm this Saturday and is expected to draw a near-capacity crowd as both sides seek to kick-start their campaigns.
Motorists are being warned that delays are likely in-and-around Ennis and that some traffic restrictions will apply directly before and and after the match.
In advance of the fixture, Clare County Council has announced that free car parking will be available at Áras Contae an Chláir Carpark, New Road, Ennis. The car park will be open to supporters from 2pm until 10pm.

Match-goers are also being advised the Holy Family Junior and Senior Schools in Ennis will open their carpark from 2.30pm. A €5 will apply and any monies raised will help fund the purchase of sports gear for students.
This Saturday's match will be live-streamed on the GAA+ platform with coverage beginning at 5.30pm. There will be live radio commentary on Clare FM.
