Four cars seized and one drug driver arrested after joint road safety operation in Clare
Gardaí confirmed that a number of other offences were also committed by road users in the county
In an operation against uninsured drivers, several motorists will now face court after getting caught breaking various road laws.
Taking place on Thursday evening, August 7, a joint operation was conducted between Ennis Gardaí and the Roads Policing unit in the town.
Whilst out patrolling, the authorities detected four uninsured vehicles, which have now been seized.
One motorist was also arrested for drug driving, with gardaí confirming that a number of other offences were also committed by road users in Clare.
A spokesperson for An Garda Síochána in the county has said that these drivers will later appear in court.
