Last week, the National Ploughing Championships 2024 had its pre-launch in Ratheniska. The largest outdoor show in Europe will be returning this year to Ratheniska for a third time. The much anticipated event will be taking place on September 17,18 and 19.
The launch gave a sneak preview as to what to expect from this year's show as media and special guests were entertained by local performers from Laois while prize-winning animals, quality machines, fashion, horses and hounds were all on display.
