After being disturbed during the act, this person then fled the scene
Gardaí in Shannon are investigating a burglary that occurred at a well-known premises in the early hours of Saturday morning, July 19.
The public house and off-licence in Drumgeely was at the centre of this incident where, at 3:50am, a person damaged the front door of the premises.
The perpetrator was described as wearing a grey hoodie.

After being disturbed during the act, this person then fled the scene.
A spokesperson for An Garda Síochána in the town said, "We are appealing to anyone that may have observed this person dressed in a grey hoodie or any persons near the Drumgeely Public House and Off-Licence in the early hours of Saturday morning. If you have any information, please contact Shannon Garda Station on 061 365900."
