Witnesses sought after early-morning blaze sees two cars found on fire in busy village

The owner of these vehicles parked them outside the family home in Lower Clarehill, Clarecastle

Gardaí in Ennis are investigating a serious incident of criminal damage to two parked cars, which took place on Sunday morning, July 6. 

The owner of these vehicles, which were a red Vauxhall Insignia and a silver Ford S-Max, parked their cars outside the family home in Lower Clarehill, Clarecastle.

At exactly 1:45am, both of these cars were unfortunately found on fire.

Gardaí in the town are appealing to anyone that may have witnessed this incident to please contact them at the Ennis Garda Station on 065 6848100. Alternatively, they are also appealing to those who may have dash-cam footage from the weekend where a person or persons could have been acting suspiciously to also contact them.
