Gardaí in county Clare are investigating a number of fraud incidents this week and each incident involved a different type of fraud.
In one fraud investigation, the injured party received a phone call from a male.
This male stated that he was investigating fraud on the person’s account and requested that they log into their account.

A quantity of money was subsequently transferred from the account.
Gardaí in Clare are also investigating incidents of fraud through social media, and fraudulent notes.
