Gardaí in Ennis are investigating after a house was set on fire in the early hours of last Sunday morning.
Emergency services responded to a call in the early hours of Sunday, July 14, in Shallee Drive at approximately a quarter to one in the morning.
Significant fire damage had been caused to the property however the persons inside at the time managed to get out without any physical injuries.

A male dressed in black was seen near the property at the time of the fire.
He was later seen fleeing the scene on foot after the attack.
Gardaí are appealing to anyone that may have any information to please contact Ennis Garda Station or the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111.
