Cork v Clare: Gardaí issue traffic advice to fans ahead of Munster SHC clash
An Garda Síochána ask fans to park in city centre car parks and walk to the stadium
Gardaí have asked that fans attending the Munster Senior Hurling clash between Cork and Clare this Sunday at Pairc Uí Chaoimh "park in city centre car parks and walk to the stadium", due to road closures.
As there is no dedicated parking at Páirc Uí Chaoimh, gardaí have issued a statement asking fans to use public transport where possible, along with a free shuttle bus.
The shuttle bus service starts at 12pm and will be stationed opposite Goldbergs Bar on Victoria Road, running every 20 minutes to and from the stadium.
The bus service will run 90mins after Full-Time.
"Car Parks in City Centre are open and within easy walking distance of the Stadium," gardaí have said.
A number of road closures will be in place around Páirc Uí Chaoimh from 9am onwards.
A full list of the closures and more advice from An Garda Síochána can be found at garda.ie/cork-v-clare-munster-senior-hurling-championship-at-pairc-ui-chaoimh.
Throw-in for Cork v Clare at Pairc Uí Chaoimh is at 2pm this Sunday, April 28.
