Clare monthly workshop to host Ireland’s number one hormonal specialist

A POWERFUL workshop will hear of hormonal balance from one of the country's top specialists. 

Bestselling author and Ireland’s number 1 hormonal specialist, Dr Mary Ryan, will be the special guest of monthly workshop, SweetnGreen on Tuesday, May 23 from 6 to 8 pm.

Titled ‘The Power of Hormonal Balance’, the event will see every participant receive a signed copy of Dr Mary Ryan’s book, and they will also have the opportunity to ask the endocrinologist some personal questions.

The workshop will help participants learn more about hormones, how they are impacting their lives, and how they can be balanced for a better health.
