Clare County Council to undertake traffic calming measures

CLARE County Council have given notice that they will be installing traffic calming measures at Pound Street, Sixmilebridge.

The junction involved is Junction of R471 & L7112 Pound Street, Sixmilebridge, Co. Clare.

The works include the construction of a raised table, controlled pedestrian crossing with belisha beacons on the western side of the R471 / L7112 Junction. Tightening of the junction, installation of tactile paving together with all associated signs and road markings.

Plans and particulars for the above development are available online until Monday 15th May 2023.
