Body recovered from water in County Clare

INVESTIGATIONS are underway following the discovery of a body in water in County Clare.

Gardaí were alerted to the discovery of a body in the water in Meelick at 12:30pm this Wednesday 23 of August.

Concerns raised over dispute between triathlon groups after fatal Cork swim

The body was removed to the mortuary in University Hospital Limerick. The Coroner has been notified.

Gardaí have said that investigations are ongoing.
